I enabled sdk and now my shit works. I noticed in the profile all of the lighting effects are present when plugged in but when i disconnect the usb they disappear. Can you try a soft reset on the keyboard. Generally the keyboard needs the software to illuminate lighting effects but even without the software it should illuminate. Breathe new life into an old system with rgb. One guy on there said go into icue settings top right uncheck enable sdk.
